Product Usage Rights – Diamante Printables

Thank you for your interest in my designs and products.

Each product you purchase or receive for free from Diamante Printables includes a license that instructs you about how you may use your product. Below are common license terms for Diamante Printables’ products. These terms are simply a general guideline. Please always follow the terms that are included with your product.

You may use Diamante Printables designs for your personal and teaching needs. With the exception of the terms noted below, the images may not be reproduced, distributed, or redistributed either in whole or in part without the express written consent of the copyright owner.

You may:

Use the alphabet posters for your own personal and teaching needs as many times as you want.
Gift printed copies to friends and family, but you must use them in a physical project (i.e. place one letter in a frame or use in a craft project).
Save the downloaded files to one electronic device.
Keep one backup copy of each file.

You may not:

Give the source files as gifts.
Sell the source files or printed copies either individually or as a pack.
Gift any digital projects using these images.
Claim copyright.
Remove the copyright notice or any watermarks.
Alter the files in any way, with the exception of resizing an image to fit on a specific page size.
Claim the designs as your own, either in their original state or in an altered state.
Use the source files or designs for any defamatory, harmful, immoral, obscene, pornographic, or racial material.
Distribute the designs on print on demand sites, like KDP, Café Press, Zazzle, or similar sites.
Sell or distribute the files or printed copies in any way including, but not limited to, sharing them.

Because of the digital nature of the images, there are NO REFUNDS OR EXCHANGES on items delivered electronically.
